General Raiding, Attendance Requirements and Expectations
Mythical is a casual guild with a distinct focus on raid progression. Though our ultimate aim is to have fun, we run a structured raid with explicit requirements which our raiders are expected to fulfill to allow progression through content, normal and heroic modes, to be as smooth, effective and as enjoyable as possible. All of our raiders are required and expected to:
- perform at the peak of their personal ability to reach their class/spec’s potential
- have full knowledge of each encounter and their individual role in it, through forum strategy postings and external sources, prior to each raid
- bring all appropriate consumables for themselves to span the duration of progression and heroic-mode raids
- conduct themselves in a way that will bring respect to the guild: be respectful of all raiders
All raiders must attend at least 70% of all 25-player raids to maintain full-time raider status.
